Cancellation Policy:
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. If adequate notice is not given there may be a deposit required to hold future appointments.
Redo Policy:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue.
Retail Return:
All retail purchases are facilitated by tangles & Co. Salon. Should you need to return or exchange a product you must go through the salon within 30 days of purchase.
