This guide will walk you through everything you need to know for your first visit with Erin Stotesbery Hair!
The location

wHEN YOU ARRIVE
-Parking is available in the front parking lot, on the street or in a back parking lot shared with Enterprise Car Rental.
-Tangles & Co. Salon is in a building shared with other business suites. We are Suite 1, the first door to your left, right when you walk in the door.
-Our building doors are locked automatically after 7 pm. I will meet you at the door to let you in If you have an appointment after this time.
-I might still be with another guest when you arrive. Please make yourself comfortable in our lobby and I will be with you shortly!
ALL COLOR AND CUT SERVICES INCLUDE AN IN DEPTH CONSULTATION, SHAMPOO AND STYLE.
The consultAtIon
So, you already filled out the digital consultation, but I am a “why” person so I ask lots of questions to really get down to the root of your hair issues.
Here are some examples of what I might ask to better understand your goals. Photos can be very helpful to ensure we are on the same page.
-Are you looking for dimensional color or a solid color?
-Are you looking for specifically placed highlights or all over brightness?
-Do you want highlights but also want a darker base or need to cover grey?
-How frequently do you get your hair done?
-How often are you willing to maintain your hair?
-What is the biggest hair struggle for you?
-What do you like about your hair?
Maintenance guide
Highlights / Lowlights:
8-12 WEEKS
Root retouch / All over color:
4-6 WEEKS
Short / Very layered haircut:
4-6 WEEKS
Long haircut / Minimally layered haircut:
8-10 WEEKS
After your first visit you will be able to book future appointments online. The schedule is open 60 days in advance!

I often take photos of the hair afterwards. Please wear a solid color top to your appointment if you’re comfortable with me taking photos of your beautiful hair!

Policies
Cancellation:
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule. If adequate notice is not given there may be a deposit required to hold future appointments.
Redo:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue.
Retail Return:
All retail purchases are facilitated by Tangles & Co. Salon. Should you need to return or exchange a product you must go through the salon within 30 days of purchase.
